Travelers Insurance
The insurance industry is undergoing dynamic change - Travelers is no exception. To attract the right candidate this campaign had to inform our audience that insurance doesn't have to be boring. To do this I conducted 1:1 leadership interviews and several focus groups to uncover the culture and vision that makes Travelers a unique place to work.
